Porcelain Patio and Steps, Streatham
Warren had recently moved into a terraced home in Streatham and had gotten in touch with us to install a porcelain patio for his back garden.
When we visited him to make an estimation he made clear where he wanted the patio, but looked to us to advise on which material would be most suitable.
After some discussion Warren selected a porcelain patio due to its simple and elegant look, as well as its durability and ease of maintenance.
He mentioned his issues with the current back door steps and he was delighted to find that we could also build new steps to match the new patio.
The work began by removing the old and overgrown block paving as well as a section of lawn so that we could fit Warren’s specifications exactly. The foundation was then carefully levelled before the steps were constructed, and finally the porcelain patio was laid, fitted perfectly in the allotted space with care taken around more complex areas such as drainage.
Warren now has a beautiful new patio, helping him realise his vision for his home and garden.
