Amir and Bethany from Purley, wanted to improve the front of their property with a new driveway that would provide more space while giving the house a smarter, more attractive entrance.

The existing paved driveway was dated and the surrounding planting beds were overgrown with weeds and vegetation, so they got in touch with us to create new block paved driveway.

The first stage of the project involved removing the existing paved driveway and clearing the weedy planting beds. Once the area had been cleared, the ground could be properly prepared for the new, expanded driveway.

New foundations were laid to provide a strong and stable base, ensuring the block paving would have the support needed for everyday use.

Concrete border edging was then installed to clearly define the new driveway and provide a neat, durable edge around the block paving. The new block paved driveway was then laid, creating a larger, more practical parking area and giving the front of the property a complete transformation.

As part of the project, a new block paving front step was also created. This provides a smart transition between the driveway and the property, while matching the new block paving to give the whole entrance a cohesive finish.

The new block paved driveway has not only increased the usable space at the front of the property but has also significantly improved its kerb appeal. What had previously been a dated paved driveway and untidy planting area is now a clean, well-defined and attractive entrance befitting Amir and Bethany’s home.
