Reg and Dawn from Epsom contacted us to transform their wide garden with a large, modern patio area designed for entertaining and enjoying their outdoor space.

The existing garden had old paving stones, steps and areas of turf that no longer suited how the couple wanted to use the garden. They were looking to create a spacious and attractive patio that would provide plenty of room for entertaining guests, as well as a suitable area for their hot tub.

We began by removing the existing paving, old steps and turf, clearing the area ready for the new garden landscaping. The ground was then carefully prepared, with foundations laid to provide a strong and stable base for the new porcelain patio.

Porcelain paving was chosen for its clean, contemporary appearance and durability, creating a stylish finish that complements the garden and provides a practical, low-maintenance outdoor living space.

As part of the project, we installed a large new porcelain patio across the garden, maximising the available space. A raised patio area was also constructed, incorporating a step and creating different levels within the garden while providing an ideal location for the hot tub.

To complete the transformation, new access steps were installed using matching porcelain patio paving. This creates a seamless look throughout the different areas of the garden and provides safe and convenient access between the levels.

The finished garden has been completely transformed into a large, versatile outdoor space, giving Reg and Dawn the perfect setting for entertaining, relaxing and enjoying their hot tub.
