Porcelain Patio and Garden Landscaping, Banstead, Surrey
Vivienne lives in Banstead, Surrey, and wanted to give her garden a complete refresh. The existing patio had become tired and dated, with old concrete paving slabs, weeds and overgrown vegetation making the garden feel untidy and difficult to enjoy. She contacted us to discuss creating a smarter, more attractive outdoor space.
The first stage of the project was to clear the existing area, including removing the old concrete paving slabs, weeds and unwanted vegetation. This provided a clean canvas for the new garden landscaping and allowed the team to prepare the ground properly for the new patio.
New foundations were laid to provide a strong and stable base for the porcelain paving. The new porcelain patio was installed to create a practical area that complements the garden and provides an attractive space for enjoying the outdoors. Recessed drain covers were also installed, giving a neat and integrated finish while maintaining access.
With the new patio in place, attention turned to the rest of the garden. New planting beds were created to introduce defined areas for plants and greenery, helping to bring character to the garden. Finally, fresh turf was laid to create a new, healthy lawn.
The tired old garden has been transformed into a clean, contemporary garden. The new porcelain patio provides a durable focal point, while the fresh lawn and planting areas bring colour and the opportunity for greenery back into the garden. Vivienne is delighted with the completed project, which makes her garden inviting, useable and easier to maintain.
