Resin Gravel Pathways Surrey
A housing association in Surrey got in touch with us, they were looking to rejuvenate a community garden with new resin bonded gravel paths and fresh turf.
The request was simple enough, the housing association wanted to make new a community garden on one of their developments, who’s gravel paths and lawns were worn and patchy. On our consultation visit we recommended resin bonded gravel for long lasting and minimal maintenance pathways.
First of all we dug out the old lawn and levelled the ground ready for the new turf, taking care to preserve the lighting bollards, concrete edging and flowerbeds around the central trellis canopy which were to stay. We then dug out the gravel path and laid down a foundation of hardcore before applying tarmac and finally resin-bonded gravel. The gravel blend was chosen from Vuba’s selection to match the pre-existing sandstone paving around the garden.
The residents are delighted with their new resin gravel pathways, which have greatly improved the access and beauty of their communal garden.
