Adrian had always hated the cracked and potholed concrete driveway of his detached home in Surbiton, Kingston-Upon-Thames, and had finally decided it was time for an upgrade.
Adrian got in touch with us for a free consultation and estimate. He wanted something neat, tidy and easy to maintain that would last through the years, and settled on a resin bound gravel driveway which would also double as a level path for the front door.
He had concerns about cost and timeframes, but were assured by our no-deposit necessary policy and that they wouldn’t have to pay until the job was finished to their satisfaction. He was also pleased to hear that we would be able to remove various plants and shrubs which were crowding his front garden.
We got to work dismantling and removing the old concrete driveway, whilst also clearing a number of shrubs with the goal of creating a tidier, more deliberate front garden. The foundation was then levelled and installation began on the block edging and the new pair of brick walls to replace the old brick and railing wall. Finally we laid down hardcore, tarmac, and the golden resin bound gravel for a smooth finish.
Adrian’s driveway and garden have been transformed from a broken mess into an elegant space befitting his home.
