Resin Gravel Driveway Clapham
Liam wanted a total resurfacing of his driveway, as well as the shared access driveway between his and his neighbour’s home at his semi-detached property in Clapham.
Due to the old brick border wall and slope of his driveway Liam found access awkward and cramped, he got in touch with us to discuss how to improve access for his van and to transform the weed riddled concrete and block paving. He was encouraged to hear that we could install a new resin gravel driveway and flatten out the slope to make a uniform gradient between his parking space and the shared access drive.
We dug out and took away plenty of earth along with the old brick wall and concrete over the shared drive. From there we were able to level out the foundations so that Liam and his neighbour’s driveway finally had a shared gradient for ease of mutual access. Whilst Liam’s own drive was laid with tarmac and then resin bonded gravel, he and his neighbour chose to use only tarmac over the shared driveway, so as to delineate the space they both used.
Liam now has improved and expanded access to his resin gravel driveway, which not only looks neat and tidy, but is weed resistant and low maintenance.
