Grey Resin Driveway, Selhurst, Croydon
Varun and Priya had recently finished a complete exterior refurbishment of their house in Selhurst, Croydon, and were looking to complement the new look of their home with a driveway to match.
They wanted something modern and easy to maintain, but also wanted to open up the space to allow for additional parking. After speaking with us they decided on a grey resin bound gravel driveway with block paving edges to match their homes exterior.
The job began with the removal of the old paving slabs and stripping out the old front garden, as well as removing a stone planter and a brick boundary wall. With the space opened up we were free to build the new boundary walls on either side of the driveway and lay down the foundations of the side path and driveway itself.
After levelling the area and applying the block paving edge stones we applied hardcore, then tarmac and lastly the grey resin gravel to the driveway and side path.
Varun and Priya now have a modern, no-nonsense driveway with improved access for their vehicles and to the side of their home, which matches with their refurbished exterior.
