Matt lives in Purley, in the London Borough of Croydon. He contacted us to quote for the complete overhaul and general landscaping of his sunny back garden.
During our free consultation meeting, Matt explained exactly what he wanted from his garden. It was important that kids and adults had specific areas to use, and that the overall space retained some of the original planting and matched the character of his house. We settled on a completely new garden landscaping design that removed the existing elements that weren’t working, such as the border at the end of the garden and the steps within the slope in the lawn.
Our job began by removing the existing lawn and beds, before levelling the entire area. We were able to do this while retaining several large plants that gave the garden an established look. We installed a kids play area at the end of the garden, applying a soft kid-friendly surface that is ideal for use around a trampoline. Finally, we erected a new fence and laid the turf, which sets off the existing steps and new garden landscaping elements perfectly.
Matt is very happy with his new garden design – he says he’d definitely use All Terrain Landscaping again.
