Zoe lives in Raynes Park, Greater London, SW20. Her driveway, patio, lawn, and pathways had all seen better days, so she contacted us for a complete upgrade.

During our initial consultation with Zoe, it was clear that the general layout of her front and back garden was sound: the problem was with uneven, worn and cracked paving and a lawn that had seen better days. We suggested replacing and extending the hard surfaces with Indian Sandstone and relaying the lawn with new turf, which will instantly give the garden a lift.

We began by removing the old driveway at the front, the path down the side of the house and the lawn and patio at the back. There was also an old shed that needed removing. Once the area was clear, we could level the whole site. We laid the new Indian Sandstone driveway, using a smart edging design that followed the line of the boundary. Using the same material, we installed a path leading to a patio area just outside the back door, and a second paved area allowing the family to enjoy the sunshine at the end of the garden. We installed brand new fencing and levelled and turfed the new lawn.

Zoe is very pleased with her smart new outside space, the Indian Sandstone driveway and patio really giving her home a lift.
