Our client lives in Kenley, in the London Borough of Croydon. Their back garden needed a serious makeover, so they contacted us to transform the area with artificial grass, garden landscaping and fencing.

Worn and patchy grass, a concrete patio area and old fencing was making our clients’ outside space feel uninviting. During our free consultation we discussed garden landscaping ideas, taking into account the lack of time our clients have to maintain the garden. We agreed on new artificial grass, easy to manage garden landscaping including wiring for outside lighting, and smart new fencing. Our clients wanted to retain the patio near the house, so we ensured the new path and patio area at the end of the garden matched the existing stone.

We began by removing the lawn and existing beds, which allowed us to work on the whole site to ensure it was level and add a suitable sub base. We then installed contemporary new fencing and ran garden-safe wiring throughout. We then added the wooden raised beds, stone path, and patio. With the hard landscaping finished, we lay the artificial grass to finish the whole look.
